This Old World style home is set on the side of the hill in the desert canyons of east Fountain Hills. With the build able area on this a lot a Presented a challenge and the linear configuration of the lot and the home stretches along the contours of the natural topography which is reminiscent of Old World Tuscan country estates in the 18th and 19th centuries. The entry vestibule opens to a 20’ high Grand Rotunda from which you have a panoramic view of the pool and the natural landscape beyond. Each space is treated with a distinct special configuration maintaining the Old world separate spatial feeling from the past but still open and visually connected to the surrounding spaces and the open perspective views beyond. Loggias (Patios) and courtyards unite the rooms with there entry sequence surroundings and highlight the play of light toeach room beyond.
