James Walkup has been a successful residential designer for more than twenty years. During this period Mr. Walkup designed many single family and multi-family residential projects throughout this country. In recent years Mr. Walkup has exclusively focused on single-family custom residential housing in the southwest and the west coast regions. As a Designer and Project Manager at the renowned residential architectural firm Fisher Freidmen Associates, Mr. Walkup participated on a wide variety of high-density multi-family and luxury condominium developments. Mr. Walkup has an intimate knowledge of current construction techniques and provides the firm with an aesthetic foundation valuable in understanding the latest market trends and styles. Since founding WZ Design Studio Mr. Walkup has built a reputation for the highest quality design as exemplified in the custom homes he has designed throughout the southwest region. |
